Recurring and multi-pet bookings, packages, memberships, waitlists, room or kennel occupancy, multi-location capacity, transport and richer staff scheduling.

Closer customer communication

Approved photo and video updates, care timelines, service-linked support, notification preferences, reminders and separately configured email, WhatsApp, SMS or push connections.

More connected business tools

Business-owned online payment gateways, deposits, refunds, reconciliation, business reporting, and dedicated branded mobile applications where separately enabled.

A public website of your own

Optional Pagewala-managed web presence for services, facilities, policies and enquiries. Domain, publishing and customer-journey integrations need their own setup; website content is not a confirmation of bookings, payments or availability.

Does a feature on the website mean I can use it?

No. This website shows the built core and the longer-term direction. Your business’s setup, available features and your access determine what you can actually use.

Is PetCircle a boarding or grooming business?

PetCircle is a platform provider for pet-service businesses. Each business delivers its own services, sets its own prices and policies, and is responsible for the care it provides.

Will my customers use my team’s workspace?

Pet parents have a distinct customer experience. They can access only the pets and information they are authorized to see; being a customer does not grant internal staff permissions.

Can I create a new business account here?

This preview provides provider-administrator sign-in for existing accounts. Business teams and pet parents use their business’s own sign-in address. Public self-service onboarding is not offered on this website.
