01 / THE RELATIONSHIPS

A pet is never
just a booking.

Make room for the household, the habits and the context behind every visit.

Core features · Preparing for business use

Pets, people & their connections

Linked customer and pet records give your business a consistent starting point: identity, breed, age, weight, care notes and the person responsible for each pet.

Look a little closer

The broader scope includes household contacts, multiple pets, shared ownership where permitted, veterinarian and emergency contacts, photos, preferences and lifecycle records.

Import, export, correction and retention need deliberate access and privacy rules. Household membership never automatically grants staff access.

The things your team should know

Connect document requirements and verification decisions with service eligibility. Keep dietary, behavioural and sensitive medical context in the right hands.

Documents, consent & boundaries

Intended coverage includes vaccination records, waivers, policy acknowledgements, expiry checks and special-handling flags. Document storage and access have their own controls.

Medical context is a record, not clinical advice. Medication administration and emergency escalation as live workflows remain deferred.

The principle behind the product

Know the pet.
Respect the person.
Connect the care.

02 / THE WORKSPACE

A little order.
A better handover.

Give front-desk decisions, care work and business records a shared place to connect.

Core features + planned extensions

Your services, your rules

Define boarding, daycare, walks, grooming, training or another service around your own business. Configure service policies, eligibility and the details required before accepting a request.

Services, pricing & capacity

The wider catalog covers variants by pet size, duration, staff skill and location, along with add-ons, packages, memberships and customer-specific pricing.

Facility, kennel, staff and transport capacity; holidays; lead times; cancellation windows and automated availability are planned extensions. A service listing does not guarantee a slot.

From request to a thoughtful goodbye

Link reservations to a pet, customer and service. Keep requested dates and status changes connected to the same record, with deliberate approval and handover steps.

The wider booking journey

Intended extensions include recurring and multi-pet bookings, waitlists, rescheduling, cancellation, no-shows, check-in checklists, belongings and check-out acknowledgements.

Pickup and drop windows, route assignments and location-level capacity are planned extensions. Instant confirmation without human approval is deferred.

Care that carries across a shift

Attach care schedules, assignments, updates and handoff notes to the pet and reservation. Separate internal observations from information approved for the family.

Tasks, updates & staff responsibilities

The broader direction includes feeding, walks, play, rest, grooming and training notes, with responsible staff and completion history. Media updates, training progress and detailed staff scheduling are planned extensions.

Sensitive incidents and health observations require restricted access. A recorded task must never imply that medication or emergency workflows are approved for use.

Keep the money connected to the visit

Link service activity to shared order, invoice and payment records, including offline payment evidence where implemented.

Finance, payments & reporting

The intended scope includes cash, transfer, UPI, cheque and card-at-location evidence; balances; final charges; add-ons; receipts and reconciliation.

Online gateways, deposits, refunds, automated reconciliation and tax readiness depend on business setup and future availability. Platform-managed collection and settlement are deferred.

Customer, occupancy, revenue, repeat-visit and compliance reporting are part of the broader business-management direction.

03 / THE FAMILIES

A space for
their side of
the story.

Pet parents should not need an internal staff account to stay connected. Their customer space is designed around the pets they are authorized to access.

  • Start with the familiar. Their pet profiles and the information shared by their business.
  • Grow into the journey. Bookings, service history, approved care updates, documents and receipts as capabilities are enabled.
  • Communicate with care. Planned reminders and support requests, with consent, preferences and a clear separation from promotional messages.

The early preview focuses on access to a parent’s own pets. Rich media, automated WhatsApp/SMS/push messages and branded mobile apps are planned extensions; they are not included by default.

Find your starting shape

One platform.
Your kind of care.

Starting setups suggest service focus and capabilities. Your team still configures its services, prices, schedules and policies.

Boarding & daycare

Start with customer and pet records, stay requests, document checks and care context. Accommodation-level occupancy and advanced capacity are staged separately.

Grooming salon

Organize pet profiles, grooming services, requests and service notes. Appointment automation and advanced staff scheduling are planned extensions.

Dog walking & pet sitting

Bring households, pets, service requests and visit notes together. Transport routes, live tracking and automated recurring schedules are not implied.

Pet training

Start around your customers, pets and training services. Detailed training plans, goals and progress are part of the longer-term direction.

Full-service pet center

Bring multiple services into a common business workspace. Branches, payment providers and advanced operating capabilities depend on business setup and future availability.

A welcoming front door, too

Your business.
Out in the world.

The product direction includes an optional Pagewala-managed website for your services, facilities, policies and enquiries, with links into your customer journeys.

Website setup, domain connection and integrations are separately configured. A website is not automatically included, and its content never confirms a booking, payment or capacity.
